RAD Tech Monthly CP Processing

(1) Process Newly Submitted CPs:

(2) Process Top Ten CPs

  • CP-RAD-480 Add HL7 Mapping to EBIW (Steve) - addressed in POCUS - Reviewed and agreed to Cancel as fully addressed in POCUS option (published in EBIW-TI version dated August 2025)
  • CP-RAD-494 Clarify Series Description Code Sequence in RAD-137 (Andrei) - Reviewed and Completed ready for Ballot 2025B

Additional topics for discussion TC will have four t-cons initiating 2025-2026 cycle:

  • 1 call for 1 hour between August 11-22 - to discuss the timing of collaborative work within the current cycle on the proposed MADO profile initiated by Xt-EHR T7.2/HL7-Europe/IHE-Europe, similar to work initiated by ACEP on POCUS extension for EBIW profile
  • 3 calls, 2 hours each, for technical evaluation of four detailed work item proposals for 2025-2026 cycle. Each profile will evaluated for 1 hour during first two calls and the third one will be used as need for additional deliberations. The calls are to be scheduled from Sep 2nd to Sep 19th.

  • CP-RAD-474 Extensions to RAD-106 for IMR (Kinson)
  • CP-RAD-500 RAD-137 clarify request/response (Kevin)
  • CP-RAD-550-01 Clarify/Centralize Sequestration Behavior for RAD-30 and RAD-31 (Lynn)

(3) Review of the 'redocumentation' CPs triggered by AIRAI and other more recent profiles:

  • CP-RAD-556-00-add-RESTful-to-RAD-66 (Lynn). Next step is to replicate agree-to changes to the other use cases in RAD-66.
  • CP-RAD-550-01 Clarify/Centralize Sequestration Behavior for RAD-30 and RAD-31 (Lynn). Confirmed that we will CANCEL after completion of CP-RAD-556. It makes more sense move the proposed changes to RAD-30-31 into RAD-66 using CP-RAD-556.
  • CP-RAD-554-refactor RAD-14 Query images for reuse (Lynn) (originated w/ AIRAI)
  • CP-RAD-555-refactor RAD-44 45 for reuse QR EvDocs(Lynn) (originated w/ AIRAI)
  • CP-RAD-549-refactor RAD-50 Store Instances for reuse (Lynn) (originated w/ AIRAI)
