    a. Not republishing any new CPs
    b. All CPs from Ballot 2015a have been included in TF Volumes
    c. CPs from Ballot 2015b have not been incorporated (really part of 2016 cycle)
    d. Kinson to finish CP-RAD-326 for another ballot
