  • Vital Records Death Reporting (finalize volume 1)
    • Reviewed and finalized volume 1 document with committee input/comments.
    • Section X.7 committee determined to group by association instead of in alpha order. This may not match the Volume 2 detailed data element information that will be expanded upon.
    • Action: QRPH Co-chairs to work with domain coordination committee and IHE international stakeholders to facilitate input for national death reporting processes in various countries.
    • ACTION: Document will be posted to the QRPH FTP site by Lori Fourquet by COB March 25, 2013.
  • Healthy Weight (finalize volume 1)
    • Figure X1.1 – committee tabled discussion and will review again after volume 1, 2 and 3 sections are all complete to harmonize any additional edits.
    • Committee review and edits folded into document.
    • Additional work to added descriptions under data elements will continue offline.
    • Healthy Weight will be reviewed again for additional descriptions that Jen Foltz will edit today, tomorrow at 10:45am Treviso time.
  • Research Subject Matching (finalize volume 1)
    • Committee review and edits folded into document.
    • The committee will review this profile document again at 9:15am Treviso Time.
    • Action: Landen Bain will send out the updates from the committee discussion to allow Vassil to review by COB US time on 3/20.
  • Complete Change Proposals
    • ACTION: CP0063 – Vassil will review this CP and provide further timeline requirements by April 12, 2013. Nicole – please add this item to 4/12 Friday agenda for future discussion.
    • Discussed new CP for BFDR (Public Health Informaiton Network (PHIN) Vocabulary Access and Distribution System (VADS) submitted on 3/19. This CP was assigned to CP0067. Vote for approval unanimously with one abstention from Lauren Lemieux (ACOG). This CP was assigned to Michelle Williamson.
    • ACTION CP0067: Need to discuss with Steve Moore to determine how compliance to this profile will be maintained as value sets evolve.

    • CP0066 – Discussion of this BFDR CP making LDHP optional for pre-pop. Preferences for LDS to be discussed with Lisa Nelson and committee when further discussion with BFDR are had.
    • CRD – Reviewed CP 0033-37 and provided status update for completion with refactoring work from 2012 by CDISC intern. CP0038 was rejected. Outstanding CPs reviewed.
  • Call with Joyce
    • U.S. S&I Framework needs related to IHE Profiles
    • ONC requests/U.S. needs related to IHE RFD profile
    • Consideration of accepting on-going maintenance for the Data Segmentation for Privacy Implementation Guide
    • Joyce Sensmeier will follow up with ONC and invite them to future discussions at the May 2013 IHE Meetings.
    • These topics will be separated into discussions as appropriate.
