  • Review of Brief Proposal Process
  • Upload the Tracking Document to Google docs so committee can edit (8 work products)
  • Action: Didi and Landen will contact Michael from Pfizer
  • Action: All profile editor authors need to complete the tracking matrix (all columns in blue)
  • Action: Add in 2nd year work to tracking sheet (CRD, DSC, QME, QMD, RSP)
  • Action: Make sure existing documents for 2nd year work are added to current FTP with 3 new brief proposals
  • Action: Any authors/editors that want to move these profiles forward need to add latest documents to FTP
  • Action: Committee members need to read all proposals prior to October f2f
  • Action: Nichole will update roster and track attendance/voting (you lose voting rights after missing 3 consecutive mtgs/tcons; can regain at the beginning of the 2nd one)
  • Action: Add September/October Webinars to QRPH Domain page; remove 2011/2010 tcons from QRPH Technical Archive page back to
  • Action: PowerPoint Template is uploaded to the folder (on the presentation day or prior)
  • Action: Committee will read respective proposal/white paper prior to presentation date.

  • Action: Link the QRPH Board Report to the Board Report Folder and minutes page
  • Action: Add more specifics to deployment activities on report
  • Action: Send comments to Didi and she will edit/add to the document.
  • Presented to DCC on October 6 and to IHE International Board on October 13.
