FINAL STATUSES ON APRIL 29th for the profiles EDHI –

Public Health Reporting

• Discussion about the role of having a workflow profile showing how the Public Health ties in with RPE and RFD. Is there a value to it? Write an informative appendix – this is how you implement it. Next year this can be a profile. Public Health Reporting Implementation reference using IHE profiles (user guide). Demonstrate this at show case, not testable at Connectahon. Demonstration venues: HIMSS, PHIN. This can become a workflow profile next year. Not asuch a great pressure to meet deadlines as for a profile, but need to be aware of dates for demos. Get information about HIMSS (no PHIN this year). Link the group to the HIMSS’ organizers.

• The same process can be extended to Quality and to Research (this does not have to be done this year, something to keep in mind for the Roadmap).

• Redaction Services can be applied in Public Health and Quality. Some of the material used in the Redaction Services Confirmative Appendices.

Redaction Services Profile

• Landen worked with Amit.
  • Message Semantics were filled out.
  • The Security services are being discussed. See with John.
  • WSDL to be done.
  • No more calls. One call to be scheduled with the co-chairs for formatting purposes.

Mother and Child Health

• Integrated changes from CDC
• Updated Glossary
• Two change proposals to come and be integrated in the final version.
  • Change the roles of mother and Child:
    • Child will be the unique patientRole
    • Mother will be a participant role
  • Add for each section (or entry) a <subject> tag in order to identify to whom the secion or entry belongs to.

Cancer Registry

• Wendy will work with Frank
• Send paper to Ana for overview

Diabetes White Paper

• Conf call to schedule with CDC on Diabetes Guidelines (reconcile comments received - 16)
• Integrate comments from Ana Esterlich and Wendy Scharber

EDHI

• Keep it as a content profile while figuring out about the transactions
• Find data elements
• Map data element to existing CDA content modules
• Fill in type of event column
• Reduce the detail in the workflow
• Lori Fourquet will help with the clean up the content
• Work in progress
• Will continue with the content part of the profile and try to leverage on RPE.
• Challenging in terms of deadlines since it is in the same time as HL7 and ISO.

RPE

• Changes to Volume 1
• Re-write of Volume 2, ready by May 7th.
• Review by other participants (could also be done in the Public Comments Period).

CPs

• An email will be sent around with the CP's assigned author and then for balloting.
