RPE – CP processsing.

  • Renaming the transactions.
  • Processing the CP QRPH-0031,QRPH-0032,QRPH-0033.
  • See how many of the requirements were incorporated in the new version of RPE.

Quality use-case to the the general flow of information in QRPH - Patty Craig (need the presentation)

  • How can RPE incorporate Public Health and non-research cases?

Address security issues for the T-confs on Friday and get somebody from ITI to participate.

Next steps:

  • Put this out for public comment. Draft volume 2 will be done by next Friday.

Joint meeting with PCC

  • New Born Discharge Summary.
  • Labor and Delivery will add information to EDHI
  • EDHI will add something to New Born Discharge Summary.

The overlap between RPE and PPCP must be clearly established (Landen, Amit, need more info here).

IMPORTANT DATES

  • July 12-16th Next face to face
  • May 11th, 1:30 CT-3:00 CT - Check-in, progress T-conf (invitation sent by Nicole).
  • May 12th – upload to ftp current version, send short mail to co-chair indicating status of your profile, indicate link . If you cannot load the document, please send it by mail. WE NEED TO SEE THE DOCUMENTS.
  • May 21st: Deadline to submit profiles to go out for public commets to co-chairs: May 21st.
  • May 28th: Give document to Chirs to turn into pdf format: May 28th.
  • June 1st: Public Comment period starts.
  • June 30th: Public Comment period ends.
  • July 9th: Resolution of comments: Preview and draft disposition of comments

July 12 – 16th - Face to face meeting:

  • This is a week for decisions which profiles will move ahead to TI and what changes need to be made in order to be accepted.
  • T-conf – DECISION - To be announced.
  • July 30th: Deadline to submitting final version to co-chairs.
  • August 6th: Deadline to submitting final version for TI for pdf.

Same process will be followed by the rewritten supplements (MCH and RPE). Will keep track of changes via CP, but not within the text itself. The fact that these two profiles are re-written must be announced in the introduction.
