• MPD : Transaction (description is too limited, guidance required, real use cases to be specified like how to modify or delete a prescription)
  • How do we publish the transaction? (PHARM-1 equivalent + submit prescription & dispense)
  • List of use cases and way to implement each

  • Expose medication statements

Tasks & Planning

• Establish a set of use cases (initially 2-3 lines / use case)
• Use the core HL-7 mechanisms to describe the use cases in terms of virtual actors
• Cleanup of GitHub --> José
• Organize election of co-chairs (Hagan will help)
• Identify use cases
• Plan meetings

Meetings

• Bi-weekly meetings, Thursdays 4pm (alternate weeks than MPD)
• Mailing list pharmacy@ihe.net --> under control of Aaron Goldmuntz
• Mailing list Google Group --> under control of Stéphane Spahni, Aaron Goldmuntz + Hagen Horn
• Brussel's Room costs shared between José, Stéphane (HUG) and Marc (Dedalus)

Current / future use

• Austria (ELGA) --> MPD required quickly (including transactions)!
• Switzerland (Digisanté) --> MPD & MEOW required for 2027
• Europe (EHDS)
• Latin America (prescription to be tested in July)

Coordination with HL-7 for managing transactions
