3	PCD-03 error codes - Kurt	Status/Discussion: Consider hierarchical structure similar to REFIDs to distribute both category and individual error code ERR-5.9 can be used for additional text, CWE defines sequence 9 as 'Original Text', other segments exist for alternate ID.
