1	Introductions & Agenda Review - Manny	Status/Discussion: Placeholder No changes were made to the agenda. Discussion Summary from last meetings were deferred. Decisions/Issues: Action(s):
2	2013 AAMI Demonstration - Manny	Status/Discussion: We are on schedule. Monroe provided the network specifications, made one change for B Braun (Al). Discussion items are described in the following two sections. Decisions/Issues: The Handout rewritten by Carlene and edited by Al is final. Carlene’s vendor poster and flyer are final. She will provide these for distribution later in the week. Action(s): Will be finalized Friday: -Draft emails to seek participation so we can launch profile development o RTLS and CMMS vendors at AAMI (those for whom we have email addresses) o Other vendors not active in PCD (those for whom we have email addresses) - Posters – which, with editing, are suitable for use as posters and/or handouts o These will be edited (suggestions were offered today, more welcome) o We have the Word handout (finalized today) o We need one or more posters that support the development of the DMC and LS profiles; three are offered Steve Merritt’s poster (EC may return to IPEC, other changes may be made) Jim Smith’s poster and/or handout updated after the meeting (additional suggestions will be shared with Jim) o One of the above posters will be considered as a handout that visitors can take with them - Manny will establish a Wiki page as the destination for the QR codes. The page will be flexible, include links to the ftp site for posters, to handouts and other materials as developed. This same QR code will be placed on the handouts, flyer, vendor poster, and some of the posters in the booth.
