1	Introductions & Agenda Review - Manny	Status/Discussion: No changes were made to the agenda. Discussion Summary from last meetings were deferred. Decisions/Issues: Action(s):
2	2012 N A Connectathon - Manny	Status/Discussion: Manny reminded the group of the Connectathon web page at http://na2013.wustl.edu. He indicated that electrical for 120v, low amperage connections no longer require separate arrangements (http://na2013.wustl.edu/logistics.html). Decisions/Issues: Action(s):
3	2012 Showcase - Manny	Status/Discussion: Monitor sizes: Al recommended 32" rather than 27". Manny will sketch the walls reflecting the current device/system assignments to help determine if 32" will fit. Assignments: Only a few comments were received in response to the initial assignments. - One was the need for a syringe pump in UC 1. CareFusion has the only PCD conforming syringe pump, but they want to bring the LVP. They are willing to bring the syringe pump for UC 1. The LVP is located in another UC. - Philips expressed concern about the use of the Philips IP5 monitor in non-MRI settings where it is not an intended use. Manny will discuss this with Philips. - The GE monitor in the UC with the GE EMR led to exchange of a Philips monitor with the GE monitor. Alarms: Verizon has not responded. Monroe will ask Bob Gold to address the work around with Rob Wilder. Monroe noted that the AR actor needs to be identified. Manny suggested that this be determined as part of the script. Monroe noted that the GE monitor doesn't include an AR actor. The Hospira pump does. Clinical Stories: Manny asked for volunteers to develop desired elements in the script. PCD Walls: Freeman designs, constructs these well in advance. That is why we need to address the design now.
