1	Introductions & Agenda Review - Manny	Status/Discussion: No changes were made to the agenda. Decisions/Issues: Action(s):
2	2012 N A Connectathon - Manny	Status/Discussion: Connectathon: - Status of Pre-Connectathon, Virtual-Connectathon and Connectathon tests: Connectathon tests are available in Gazelle at this time. - NIST Test Tool Update: The test tools for nearly all tests are available. John Garguilo indicated that NIST is hoping to have the remaining tests ready for the Connectathon. Decisions/Issues: Action(s):
3	2012 Showcase - Manny	Status/Discussion: HIMSS12 Interoperability Showcase: The Interoperability Showcase is booth 11000. - Discussions held with Technical Project Coordinators (TPC): These have yet to address the scripts. Manny will distribute last year’s scripts as examples. o Presenting the Message to Visitors: Several aspects will be resolved during the Showcase testing on Saturday. - Physical dimensions, electrical requirements: Manny reviewed the recent drawings, calling attention to the need for companies to be sure their devices/systems/displays are accounted for on the walls. He asked for any dimensions, electrical requirements that haven’t been sent. He anticipates receiving a call for updated drawings and electrical requirements in the near future. o Differences/needs for change discussed: The duplicate displays in UC 9: the second one is not needed. Home monitoring in UC 9: Stephen Swanson indicated the need for more space (and adding the missing display). The table needs to be rotated 90 degrees and a keyboard and mouse need to be available. He will follow up with more detail. - Graphics for walls, pillars: Manny again asked for graphics, noting that the walls are too tightly packed to permit good use of visuals on the walls.
