1	Introductions & Agenda Review - Manny	Status/Discussion: No changes were made to the agenda. 2	2012 N A Connectathon - Manny	Status/Discussion: Connectathon: - Pre-Connectathon Testing: There are few significant problems remaining. Steve Moore identified an issue that prevents identifying tests that passed. NIST test tool results will show them, however one or two companies have completed tests without identifying them as complete. John Garguilo noted that Manny has access to these results. Participants were reminded that support for the Pre-Connectathon NIST test tools will be sparse and infrequent after Thursday. Manny asked if there were issues with completing the Pre-Connectathon or Virtual Connectathon testing this week and no significant issues were raised. - Connectathon Testing: Manny has reviewed, revised and distributed all but the ACM tests. All but ACM are available in Gazelle. He hopes to complete the changes to ACM by tomorrow. John Garguilo summarized the benefits of having the NIST tool available at the Connectathon to help identify problems and to help the monitors evaluate test results. Participants will upload their messaged to Gazelle and the monitors will use static tests when time permits to supplement the observed message evaluations. Recent changes to the tests in Gazelle may not be rolled into the test tool in time for the Connectathon. John noted that interpreting those error reports is usually intuitive and won’t compromise the ability to evaluate tests. The tool cannot be used as a test partner, however. - Demonstration for Connectathon Conference Participants: There has been no support for Elliot’s proposal to have a mini-demonstration during the conference. The Cochairs and others, will, however, be pleased to show what is taking place. - NIST Test Tool Update: o In addition to the above: known problems have mostly been resolved. Julien is on vacation. o John Garguilo provided an update to the IHE Testing and Tool Committee. Chris Carr asked monitors to permit shadowing of visitors. These may be companies testing other profiles who have not participated in PCD. Manny suggested that we use the Connectathon to recruit additional vendors, with emphasis on EMRs. Didi Davis suggested that PCD present on terminology at a theater in the Showcase. Decisions/Issues: Action(s):
3	2012 Showcase - Manny	Status/Discussion: HIMSS12 Interoperability Showcase: - Everyone has had communication with their TPC, if only by email exchange. - It is incumbent upon PCD to develop an outline of the script with dataflow, parameters and parameters values in advance of the Showcase demonstration on Saturday during the Connectathon. o It is likely the Showcase organizers will develop the printed materials shortly after the Connectathon when demonstration participation is finalized. o PCD docents will need detailed scripts; some are not vendor participants, but are related to devices in some fashion. - Chad offered to provide a proprietary example of WCM as a New Directions element if a partner is not available. - Manny will attempt to provide more detailed structure information no later than early next week. He needs physical dimensions and electrical requirements. - Manny requested high resolution pictures to use as graphics on PCD walls and posters. - Manny will follow up on using posters this year.
