1	Introductions & Agenda Review - Manny	Status/Discussion: No changes were made to the agenda. The agenda is available at http://wiki.ihe.net/index.php?title=PCD_Connectathon%26Showcase_WG_2011-12#September.2C_2011_Meetings. Discussion Summary from last meeting was reviewed and approved. Decisions/Issues: Action(s):
2	2012 N A Connectathon - Manny	Status/Discussion: Status of Pre-Connectathon, Virtual-Connectathon and Connectathon tests. He referred to a recent email addressing the various testing events. PIV testing issues remain. Manny asked if PIV Connectathon testing should add some of the detailed tests in Pre-Connectathon testing. He asked if there are any tests to add or edit tests. NIST Test Tool Update and reference to the email sent yesterday Issues with uploading test results were discussed. Some types of documents may not be supported and IE and Gazelle don't work well together. John Garguilo noted that any accepted document type is acceptable. Some vendors are having trouble arranging Internet testing. There are workarounds if firewall issues prevent actual real time transactions. Manny encouraged completion by the 23rd in anticipation of not holding a meeting the following week. Another question addressed connectivity. This begins with IP addresses assigned by Steve Moore at the Connectathon and the same IT vendor will support the Showcase. The Connectathon has limited access to the external world; if needed please let Steve know. Lynn has posted weekly "what do I need to do now" pages. There is a link to previous pages. Manny indicated that tests may be completed by the 23rd for the Connectathon. He encouraged maximum Internet/Virtual testing in advance of the Connectathon. Decisions/Issues: Action(s):
3	2012 Showcase - Manny	Status/Discussion: Initial discussions held with Technical Project Coordinators (TPC) - some remain to be accomplished. - Presenting the Message to Visitors - Internet / Virtual Testing - Email sent yesterday Manny indicated Showcase design has begun and PCD needs to have: Physical dimensions, electrical requirements Graphics for walls, pillars Manny asked for volunteer docents and will follow up by sending the HIMSS announcement. There was a question about PCD focused docents and the need for PCD familiar docents. There was confusion over the Saturday schedule - the wording was ambiguous in referring to Connected Demonstration, where the additional word "Connected" was introduced. Manny has requested clarification and indicated that Saturday participation is required. He will confirm this with an email after hearing from HIMSS. Decisions/Issues: Action(s): Manny to follow up on the questions described above.
