2 AAMI Mini-Showcase

- - Manny described reviewed the Hargrove information sent by email: there are three parts, two apply to participating vendors, one to the overall booth (electrical, carpet, etc.) which Manny will address.
- - Jon indicated that ACCE funding of the $2000 toward expenses is nearly assured.
- - ACM: Monroe’s suggestion for an AC – use a cell phone? Manny to ask if there will be cell phone service.
- - PIV, DOC: Cerner will support the demonstration.
- - Jeff asked if there would be sufficient space. We agreed that each company can fit into a 2’ wide space and the systems currently committed will fit. Manny will provide a layout to confirm the requirements.
- - Manny reviewed the preliminary budget and indicated that with ACCE’s $2000 there will be little if any expense to the participating companies for the cost of the demonstration. He asked participants to provide the electrical current requirements (this cost is a major part of the expense and it may be possible to reduce this expense).
- - Monroe offered to provide a switch.
