3 AAMI Mini-Showcase Planning
- MannyStatus/Discussion: - The Mini-Showcase will be the focus of this group for at least the next month. Those not participating in the Mini-Showcase need not attend.
- Brian is attempting to provide the GE Periop CIS to provide DOC support.
- Ken may be able to provide a network switch to avoid the cost of renting one.
Decisions/Issues:
Action(s):
4 HIMSS10 Showcase
- MannyStatus/Discussion: - Showcase Lessons Learned and Experience Survey:
- - The Google Doc survey results were reviewed. Among the issues discussed:
- - We have only a small number of responses from technical staff and these don’t reflect the more positive experiences of those on this call.
- - There aren’t many specific comments in the free text responses.
- - The responses in the docents and marketing survey are more numerous and are a higher portion of those who were active. These responses much more positive; only one person was uniformly unhappy and that could possibly be someone who joined the process late.
- - The docent/marketing multiple choice responses are very positive – all but one column near or above 4 out of 5.
- - Docents and marketing people may more accurately reflect the visitors’ experiences.
- - One significant issue is the way tours were launched – visitors did not have sufficient information about the tour subjects, and for PCD we should not attempt two simultaneous tours – if tours are 15 minutes long they can be combined for 30 minutes. That worked well for tours 2 and 4.
