4	Showcase Planning - Manny	Status/Discussion: Agenda items were discussed. Notable items: Manny requested any changes in the block diagrams, snapshots. Posters have been printed. Scripts and Docent Rehearsals: - Docent Script Wall 1: should be available in a day or so - schedule that rehearsal on Monday Feb. 22nd - Docent Script Wall 2: should be available by Friday - schedule rehearsals - Docent Scripts walls 3, 4: call Monroe and Todd Scripts should contain references to the other walls; Manny requested that sentences be developed and distributed to those developing the other walls Housekeeping: - Updates were requested for network requirements. - A request for cell phone numbers will be issued - The AAMI mini-Showcase will be discussed next week; AAMI is closed due to snow so more information is not yet available o Preliminary expressions of interest are requested Handouts - Manny will provide a draft based upon last year's handouts. - It is likely the block diagrams will be part of the HIMSS handouts; if not we can print one double sided page with the four PCD block diagrams Anupriyo requested a decision on including the profile they use to report the surgical summary Decisions/Issues: Action(s):
