3	Connectathon Planning -	Status/Discussion: The status of the test documents were reviewed. Work remains before all are finalized. DEC is final except for the name. ACM will be revised. Pre-Connectathon readiness: All present indicated . they know where to find RTM on the ftp site. . are aware of the opportunity for waivers Reminders included the Excel status workbook which has system and contact information useful in arranging the Virtual Connectathon and Connectathon tests, and updates were requested. 4	Showcase Planning - Manny	Status/Discussion: Robert asked about the next steps with the Showcase task force. He volunteered to work on Walls 1 and/or 2 which includes an ICU. Gary volunteered to lead one of these and Robert will work with him on both. Monroe will lead the work on Wall 3 and Manny will attempt to interest Todd in working on Wall 4. Todd suggested that Wall 4 address the HITSP Technical Note. John Rhoads summarized the TN. Wall 4 will focus on the TN, the stimulus act, HITECH, quality, meaningful use. To bring meaningful use closer to PCD will require attention to other PCD profiles to move the date forward from 2015 and to be sure that PCD is prepared for the 2015 timetable as well. Manny noted the early start on the Showcase: . This provides the benefit of knowing what the PCD stories will be in advance of the Connectathon, and may even take us to the level of the scripts. . Early drawings of the structure are to determine if the space is sufficient; equipment allocation will be arbitrary and placeholders for now. A meeting with Elli Riley, HIMSS exhibit hall manager is scheduled for tomorrow. Space available and structural design are the focus of that meeting. . A start has been made on the stories for the four walls. The format is what John Donnelly has called “snapshots”. Suggestions, comments, preferences for locating your equipment are solicited on these through document revision or by email. These are requested by the end of the week; earlier is better. . Manny and John Donnelly will meet with Continua tomorrow. . Snapshot and drawing updates will be provided for Monday’s meeting. Decisions/Issues: Action(s):

7	Issues and Questions - All	Status/Discussion: Discussion indicated that PCD cannot make use of an ADT source at the Showcase due to (i) the time it would take for several systems to use a visitor with a badge as the patient, and (b) the time it would take to populate a display if the visitor initiates monitoring where samples are taken no more frequently than once a minute. .
