Vasill Peychev presented two change proposals, one to the Care Management Profile and the other to the PCC Technical Framework.

We agreed to move the CP he proposed to Care Management forward and assigned it to Vassil, who will finish the CP for review.

We agreed that further discussion is needed on the CP he presented to update the technical framework.

We discussed the need for a CP for QED to remove the SOAP 1.1 option, and I (Keith) am assigned to write that up (we also added that change to the CM profile that Vassil is developing).

We discussed the need to clarify the text of Simple Observation to ensure that it used the appropriate definition of effect time which I will also write up.

Finally, we had an extensive discussion on how to correctly implement Application Acknowledgements in the RCG profile. There are some changes that are needed there and I will develop that as well. The meeting finished at 2:00 central.
