PCC Update

• Per Keith, Remote Read moved away from using xdw (xdw is patient centric view) therefore this work item is no longer need to be supported by PCC. RAD decided to go with Unified Procedure Step (workflow centric) - Restful Services. PCC Agenda adjusted.

DAF

• Alex presented US National Extension Implementation Guide -
  • Discussions
    • Publication of national extensions as IHE USA intellectually property
    • Need discussion with ITI about the publication of the ITI extensions being used by DAF
    • Documentation of the Extensions
• Updated DAF implementation Guide presented by Dragon
  • Discussion about specifying certification requirements - fix the action around MU2 requirements. When referencing external material don't be version specific. Need to be more general.
  • Provide an open issue questions for commenters.
• Discussion items for ITI/PCC/QRPH meeting (Wed)
  • Publishing of ITI national extensions - who does it? Should ITI or PCC (because the extensions support care coordination)?
  • Maturity of ITI profiles that are in trial implemenation - can DAF reference?

  • Open issues relating to FHIR resources still being in the DSTU process
  • Changes to document template description - need to clarify that reconciliation occurs per section
  • Clarification needed on reconciliation agent actor grouping

    • Overview of the profile - purpose is to translate device monitoring codes (IEEE) to standardized codes (LOINC). Goal is to develop an actor/transactors to support clinical mapping.
    • References FHIR in DSTU state as the translate parameter.

BPMN

  • IHE Saudi has presented their work to IHE International so will be able to reference it from the whitepaper
  • Need to alert Mary that this whitepaper is not on her list.
