Nursing Workflow
- Off line discussions with ITI indicate work happening in that group to define a generic workflow.
- Off line discussions with John Donnely resulted in looking at sources of nursing content...?
- effort to not represent nursing as a silo, that only talks to nursing. want to show how nurses use the PPOC and eNS but also how they interact with the other profiles as well.
- Question on if the work is to demonstrate the interactions as humans or as the systems.
- Orders are written by advance practice nurses and send orders to Rx, Lab etc.
Nursing SubCommitte Future
- initially started to get the interests of the Nursing Informatics commununity and allow them to rally around something that resonates with them. And to creat a place that was obvious for where nurses can participate
- Audrey and Marcia have both had or will have job changes that will preclude them from being co-chairs
- Not sure if there is someone else available to step into the role.

Joint with ITI and QRPH
- Discussion of LDR and multiple birth - how to represent multiple patients/subject participants
- PCC created CP in November to address the issue of subject participants (CP-PCC-0064). Keith altered it to deal with multiple births.
- Keith requested CP 64 be put on the agenda for tomorrow morning to be reviewed.
- Discussion of how to adapt PIX or PAM to support notification of birth to public health
- It was decided this is an orchestration of existing interoperability profiles. No need for new profiles, or for CPs to existing profiles.
- Keith gave an update to the whole group on the R/R2 discussion from yesterday.
