        • Reminder of when profile proposals are solicited (July-August) and subsequent planning meeting (Sept to early October)
        • Discussion re: combining fall Planning and Technical Committee meetings in the fall.
          • Concerns regarding detail of proposal needed for each of these meetings. Combining meetings could put too much burden on submitters. Will keep the meetings in separate weeks.
