At the conclusion of our meeting we voted on and passed the following profiles to publish for Trial Implementation:
- Labor and Delivery Record (LDR)
- Antepartum Record (APR)
- Patient Plan of Care (PPOC)
- EMS Transfer of Care (ETC)
- Request for Clinical Guidance (RCG)
- Immunization Care Plan/Immunization Content (ICP/IC) - note: these 2 profiles will be combined into one pre-publication
