• need to discuss how to structure supplements such as APR, LDR, EDES that consist of multiple profiles. Can this just be a bit of text in the overview stating these are separate profiles?

• PCC to define new profile structure:
  • Workflow Profile: at highest level by discipline
  • Grouping Content Profile: live under workflow profiles to group more specific content profiles
  • Content Profile: lowest level of profile

Request for Clinical Guidance w/Immunization Care Plan

• committee agreed unanimously to rename Query for Clinical Guidance to Request for Clinical Guidance.
• Request for Clinical Guidance is a generic transaction profile, with a Care Manager actor and a Decision Support Service actor. It uses Care Record for both the Request and the Response messages.
• Immunization Care Plan Request is the first specific transaction profile based on Request for Clinical Guidance.
• Immunization Care Plan Request defines three templates based on the Immunization Content Supplement: Submitted Immunization History with Medical History, Evaluated Immunization History, and Proposed Immunization Care Plan. The first template is used for the Decision Support Request, and the other two templates are used for the Response by the Decision Support Service.
