- Action: Chris and Nichole propose a very brief promotional description of Webinars to be included in IHE News blast and send to group for review
- Action: Chris and Nichole solicit primary contact with other domain sponsors represented, CAP, ACC, AAO, ACCE, AAMI, ACP, HIMSS (HIMSS Insider, infoblast, EHCRA - discuss further with HIMSS staff) - craft message to specific communities and provide in form that can be used immediately

Develop new strategies from 2012 strategic planning meeting
Mobilizing domain sponsors to promote Connectathon events
Action: Identify business goals for 2013 and specific marketing initiatives and define resources, timeline, etc.
Action: Set up doodle for call before end of July; send general invitation to Marcomm committee to join the call to help develop marketing plan; Thomson Kuhn, Lapo Bertini, Chris Carr, Celina Roth, Nancy Ramirez, Nichole Drye-Mayo, Tracey Stepuszek

Need a subgroup of marketing/technical people to develop and promote messaging
Challenges: describing benefits of participation in context of US and Canadian market places; own regulatory intitiatives driven by government agencies and related groups
Chris, Joyce and Alex will discuss relationships with IHE and ONC and programs like Interoperability Workgroup, S&I Framework
- What can IHE say that is compelling without overselling it and making unfounded claims
- Underlying specifications come from IHE and Connectathon
- Develop core message about testing and certification (add to agenda with CC, JS and AL); forward draft to Eric Heflin and John Donnelly
