- Action Item: Chris Carr will develop a matrix for recording marketing plans for deployment and domain committees
- Connectathon Recap and 2015 promotion planning
- Action: IHE USA to develop release on reasons for moving the connectathon to Cleveland, the history and rationale behind it as well as reasons the Interoperability Center will benefit the connectathon in the future
- Definition of what is a Connectathon
- Benefits of participating in a Connectathon - value statement (ie where in MU are IHE profiles specified; Europe; Regional projects and HIO's in US)
- Follow up plan with Connectathon Conference participants
- 2014 conference attendees - mainly sr. level management, product and project development, IT developers and architects
- 2015 plans may include another track focused on clinicians
- World Summit
- GDC developing program and confirming speakers
- Hold in Chicago - September 11 - 13, 2014 (targeting the Hilton Chicago which will hold the HL7 meeting immediately following this event)
- Review the draft agenda with the committee
- Determine if we are going to video any of the panel sessions or the keynote speakers
- Save the date to be developed and sent after program and keynote speakers confirmed

- Lapo would like to have his white paper on connectathons reviewed and used as a benchmark to drive connectathon marketing initiatives.
