MAWF Assertions ****DRAFT***

Assertion Reference Test Comment
DSS/Order Filler
Shall be able to support multiple coding scheme desginators in DICOM Modality Worklist for Requested Procedure Code Sequence (0032, 1064) at the same time. That is, one MWL response shall contain coded values with coding scheme designators specified for scheduled workflow while others will contain coded values taken from IHE Rad 2: Table 4.5-5 RAD TF-2:4.5.4.2.2 MESA 4106 Rad SWF can be interpreted to allow the DSS/OF to limit coded values to a single coding scheme designator. The requirement to support a specific code table while supporting other worklist items requires multiple schemes.
Conversion case: The DSS/OF shall detect different codes for requested and performed Procedure in the 2nd MPPS, update the Procedure Codes in the related worklist items, send a Procedure Update message to the Image Manager (RAD-13). RAD TF-1:23.3.1.2 and 2:4.6.4.1.3.1 and 2:4.13.4.2.1 MESA 4112

Acquisition Modality
Supplemental Views: Modality performs append case and shall be able to send 2 pairs of MPPS. In the 2nd pair, the performed protocol codes differ from the scheduled protocol codes RAD TF-1:23.3.1.1
Procedure Change at the modality The Modality send a Procedure Code (0008.1032) that is different than the RP Code (0032,1064) RAD TF-2:4.6.4.1.2.4 MESA 4110 This overrides SWF behavior where the Procedure Code sequence is sent empty to trigger manual exception handling.
Assisted Acquisition Protocol Setting is required. RAD TF-2:4.6.4.1.2.4.2
Img Mgr/Img Archive
Instance Availability Notification RAD-49 must be sent by Img Mgr to DSS/OF when it receives a KOS instance with images rejected for safety or quality reasons. RAD TF-2:4.66.4.1.3 and 2:4.66.4.2.3 MESA 4120 Optional transaction in SWF; Required in MAWF
