Test Specifications.

Objective.
[Describe what the intent of the improvement item is, what will be improved in the IHE process, and basically how.]
The objective is to ensure that all the IHE Technical framework is testable. The proposed mechanisms include :
- IHE Technical Framework describes the transactions + assertions to test the different transactions. The underlying idea is that the IHE Technical framework only contains requirements that are testable
- IHE Development committees are responsible for developping the test specs.
- Formal test language (assertion)for describing test statements; a common test framework to execute the test statements (and logging the results)
- Strive for complete test coverage
