- Coordinate with ITI Technical Committee to approve dates: Oct. 12-13 in Paris
- Training Event would follow on directly and be held in Paris
- Avoid collision with Eye Care Connectathon and RSNA demonstration prep event (schedule those for later October)
- Review Connectathon Guidelines for Presentation to Board
- Added material expressing connection between Technical Project Managers and Connectathon Managers: TPMs train CMs in use of tools and test plans
- Criteria for approval by Board are intentionally loose; reserve the right for Board to refuse to recognize poorly planned or inappropriate events
