1. ITI Cross-domain outreach process

- Subcommittee of IHE Intl Board to strategize about cross-domain planning; co-chairs invited to take part in call:

2. HL7 Subgroup
- ITI CP 211: Comments from affected domains are invited; due June 11
- Action Item: Chris Carr to send out CP to Co-chairs list for review
Documentation, Websites and Public Information
- Document publication status needs to be updated
- Co-chairs should enter changes known to them and inform Chris Carr and Mary Jungers of changes
- Document Publication Process
- Documents most recently published will be reviewed with authors and co-chairs in domains
- Chris Carr and Mary Jungers would like to work toward having a single document template that can address different types of profiles (transaction vs. supplement focused)
- Agreement that additional guidance is required for new authors/domains
- This could include update of Process pages and incorporation of better guidance into template
- New domain co-chairs need to be encouraged to take part in DCC meetings to discuss publication and authoring process
- Action Item: Chris Carr to convene subcommittee to review current documentation and present suggested improvements to DCC on June 22 tcon: Chris Carr, Ana Estelrich, Laura Heerman, Rob Horn, Mary Jungers, Kevin O'Donnell (invite Wendy Scharber and Lisa Nelson)
- Profile Library Review
- Plan for and progress on adding missing and new profiles:
- Add section on authoring profile descriptions for Web and Webinar presentations as part of profile supplement development process
- Responsibility should be split between authors and planning committee members
- Publication of ancillary materials should be requirement in advance of publication of supplements for trial implementation (beginning in 2011)
