  • Board secretariat to propose a template of information to be submitted by domains (profiles under development, status, etc.)
    • Review existing examples to derive template
  • Send for review to Domain Coord cmte; then send revised draft for approval by Board
  • Rotating schedule; each domain reports periodically 2-3 times per year; aligned with major milestones
    • Propose a calendar of reports

8. Google Mailing Lists

  • Google Mailing Lists will be open to all interested parties, including non-members (though rosters will show only committee members)
  • Invitations are being sent out for lists seeded from existing RSNA/HIMSS lists
  • New members will be added directly to lists
