Identify whether there are methods in MS-Word to create links to specific locations inside of other pdfs that will be preserved when documents are converted to pdf
Determine whether its possible and how much of a curation, maintenance headache it is; impact on the publication process
Investigate document management systems
Volunteer authors will not pay for or learn expensive/complicated tools
Need to address both online and offline (printed) use
Best Index of profile content currently is Actors/Transactions table
Acrobat search can go across files: see if it can link locations in files within a directory (on a Web server)
