IHE DCC Documentation Work Group Teleconference Agenda 2011-08-08

I have put 3 documents onto the ftp server in:

They are: 1.) most recent Volume 1 Template (dated 8/4/2011) w/ changes incorporated from last Monday's call 2.) most recent Supplement Template (dated 8/4/2011) w/ changes incorporated from last Monday's call 3.) As an example of the "NEW REQUIRED GROUPINGS TABLE", the Cardiology Image Enabled Office (nice, simplistic profile, by the way), where I attempted to actually implement this new idea for Required Groupings. (I LIKE IT!) All changes are highlighted in yellow. See pages 8, 14, 15, 29, and 37.

I would like to go on record as saying that right now I am, by far, the most concerned about Content Profiles, and specifically, I think we seriously need to consider a section Z to the Supplement Template which would go into Vol 3 directly as well as we will need a Vol 3 Template (which should be much easier than the Supplement definition, I believe.) Don't forget the R/R2/O discussion also.

So, I believe that for the Aug 8th tcon we have: 1. - review Vol 1 dated Aug 4th (it is not "done", the question is did I incorporate all changes from last Monday Aug 1st correctly?) (10 min) 2. - review Supplement Template dated Aug 4th (it is not "done", the question is did I incorporate all changes from last Monday Aug 1st correctly?) (10 min) 3. - review the Card IEO example for the Groupings Table (this is just an example. do we need to make any changes once we see it "for real"?) (5 min) 4. - review Charles Parisot's email/ISO doc - do we incorporate/change to match? (10 min) 5. - review the Vol 2 Template (forthcoming) (10 min) 6 - review the Vol 4 Template (forthcoming) (10 min) 7 - talk about the plan to get CONTENT MODULES documentation done before I begin to panic a bit (15 min)

Remember, we go to DCC Comment at the end of August, so I think that we need to reserve the Aug 29th tcon for final re-review amongst our merry internal group. That means that that Aug 15th and Aug 22nd will be dedicated to Content Profiles... Still do-able.
