5. Profile Spotlight Toolkit for IHE NA Connectathon 2016 (Sarah Willis)

   a. IHE USA is looking to partner with domains to drive registration for the IHE NA Connectathon 2016 through marketing and collaboration via the IHE Profile Spotlight campaign. Domain Sponsors will have the opportunity to utilize IHE USA’s resources to promote awareness and testing of a specific IHE Profile of their choosing.

   i. Only 52% of profiles received sufficient registration to test at 2015 Connectathon

   ii. 2nd year of campaign to address this issue and gain more marketing support and awareness for domain profiles and to drive registration for 2016 Connectathon

   iii. Ensure allow different domains to participate to leverage collective participation rather than segregate individual domains

   iv. Each domain is allowed to spotlight a profile

   v. 2015 spotlight survey still available for reference

   vi. Complimentary marketing materials and promotion is available for profile spotlight

   i. Secretary completes survey, Sarah sends toolkit, will receive html of ePush message and link to site

   ii. Only one submission is allowed per domain

   c. Reminders

   i. Timeline is concrete in order for appropriate turnaround for Connectathon registration

   d. Sarah to attend weekly calls to provide updates
