IDCO Profile Update

There is some discussion underway to pull the IDCO profile back into the Cardiology Domain. It was pulled into the PCD domain during the shuttering of the CARD domain. It is well represented with Alex Krause, and has many people who are interested in working on the project. This will be more successful as an international effort, and with robust IHE Japan support as well as other vendors and clinicians.

Cardiac Procedure Notes (CPN) Profile Working Session

The committee consolidated and reviewed the 86 submitted comments for the CPN profile. There was some complexity in formatting the spreadsheet as the forms were submitted via different channels. Columns were added titled Status and Resolution for the triage of each item.

Reviewed the comments against the documentation in the CPN and within Art Décor.

While interpreting comments, recommendation made to have individual who made comments present during discussion and available for clarification and/or questions.

Planning for TI Publication

The Committee will separate the items into blocks for small group review to streamline the process on the morning of June 27.

Review and assignment of comments for group work

Question regarding Connectathon for Chris Carr discussion:

For Connectathon conformance testing, how is testing against valuesets done? Does testing against valuesets require testing for at least one element in the specified valueset of an extensible valueset since the valueset listed is not necessarily the minimum requirement and the values/valuesets are dynamic?

IVI Update and Discussion

IVI was initially was created in 2012. Various changes have occurred during subsequent Connectathon. The development of simplified use case, e.g. normal IVUS exams, and a more detailed use case e.g. with more complexity will be developed for further. Use Case 11 is the current version. Six questions were posed by the attendees from IHE Japan. It was strongly suggested that the questions be posted on the Google group to generate a wider response with more detail.

IHE Domain Updates

• Radiology SWF - there are many CPs open so it will not go final text this year.
• DICOM WG-01 - There is some interest in revitalizing the work group with Bruce Bray's input. The thought is to bring more people interested in interoperability to the IHE table as well.
