Looking for feedback on the latest version of the document. This will also support submission to the TVT Registry. There are two uses cases: TAVR and PCI are performed and the results are in one procedure, less likely they are separated. The vast majority of TAVR patients are highly screened with many procedures prior to the decision for procedures. A single episode of care might have multiple procedures, and a single report, or several reports. The structured reporting can handle both instances.

Charles Thomas may b able to deidentify a paper report as a sample from his institution. The CRC Profile may be able to handle this. There may be separate reports for differing clinicians who perform separate parts of the procedure, this may be due to state law. The goal is to provide a clinical provide report. Secondarily, it can capture and align with anything defined by the registries. This may not include post-procedure information, e.g. bleeding complications 72 hours post op. If it isn't done in the paper world, we may not be as interested in opening new pathways in the electronic world.

Data elements may need to interact with TVT ver2 and also sync with Cath PCI ver4.4.

The ability to have cardinality will support TAVR, aortic devices along with a stent, balloons, both angio and valulvar. Will it support these devices during the same procedure?

Does the ACC have a master list of devices for TAVR procedures? Does experimental devices need other consideration?
