Rationale

Antepartum Summary was completed in 2007. Antepartum Record was completed in 2008. Each of these are considered as stand alone supplement profiles, each with their own Volume 1 content. In 2008 APS was incorporated into APR as one of four documents belonging to the antepartum record. This elimates the need for Volume 1 in both APS and APR. While both volume 1s should be mostly the same, analysis needs to be completed to understand what differences exist between the two and those differences need to be merged into one Volume 1.
