cCDA Harmonization

Discussion led by Keith Boone. Review of changes made since yesterday.


Need the publication calendar to see how this fits in. Estimated 40 hours of work to complete the document. Would like 3-4 weeks to complete the 40 hours of work. Will need to talk with Mary to determine how the document fits into the schedule


Would like to continue the every Friday at 9 CT. Would like to continue that rhythm with every other week being cCDA Harmonization and the other week being Change Proposals. Start with cCDA Harmonization on August 2nd.


After public comment - the team would like to bring the Universal Header back to HL7 balloting. Ballot through Structured Documents - before idea is brought up at HL7 would like to have a postmortem on the last IHE item balloted through HL7 with all HL7 and IHE stakeholders involved. To get the Project Scope Statement/Notice of Intent to Ballot etc. done at HL7 F2F meeting in September.


EHDI

  • EHDI received 9 comments during the public comment period. Got through half of them today. The rest will be addressed tomorrow. Specifics from discussion captured in EHDI.

Joint with QRPH

VRDR Multiple inheritance (from two different documents) – header constraints – questions from both Steve and Lisa - We should be able to do this and we will have to be more careful to make sure there are no conflicts - Next week Friday at 9:00 central is an option to join a call with Keith Social Security Number and null flavor - QRPH to come up with a proposal (constrained list) and present it to PCC – PCC will have Keith add it to CDA harmonization. – Michelle - Null Flavor (HL7 V3) PHVS_NullFlavor_HL7_V3 2.16.840.1.114222.4.11.875 Medical Document error – HP 10 v/s HP 15 (realm code restriction) - Agreed – this is an issue - CP to be submitted by Lisa to Laura Autopsy Procedures / Performed - Will not include this in (Autopsy information)


HW Breastfeeding Modeling (is the problem list the correct spot) - For the mother (currently breastfeeding) – belongs in the problem list - For the baby – probably in the social history (might move to diet in the future) NIOSH work - We need the details on this (occupation) – need to look at the latest information
