Order and Referral Matching recap and next steps

  • Led by George Cole
    • What is left to do:
      • Polishing of the document
      • Need to get the EHDI use case
      • ITI will add George's request as Ballot Comments due to the stage of the ballot on CP 659. They will be incorporated as ballot reconciliation.
      • George's profile has added the content as it has already passed the ITI ballot.
    • Plan to have all the changes made as George Describes then post to the FTP site on or before May 15th. George will send out a note when it is posted. Will have it available for review prior to the May 17 vote to approve progression to public comment on May 17th.

Care Plan recap and next steps

  • Led by Emma Jones and Denise Downing.
    • What is left to do:
      • Column has been added to table in the document to accommodate the IHE template numbers and corresponding cCDA templates. These numbers still need to be filled in.
      • There will be an example for both using the IHE Teamplate numbers and the cCDA template numbers
      • No new header elements will be added
      • New Sections added (Pt Care Plan Section, Reconciled Plan of Care, Patient Goals) - this too will have one column for IHE template IDs and cCDA template IDs
      • Need some help with the "Notes" - Discussion - have a couple of paragraphs in the open issues area with more description of the note (almost copy the note. Describe where IHE templates have been referenced you might be referencing a versioned number due to closure with the harmonization project. And after the harmonization effort the cCDA will be moved to a Volume 4 US extension. Leave the note, where it is and as it is.
      • Reconciled Plan of Care - will be adding IHE Template and cCDA teamplate entries - seeing some of the disconnects in 1:1 matching in the instructions area - one is more general, the other is more medication centric.
      • For new OIDs send a request to Laura Bright. Just send the list and she will send the OIDS back.
    • Plan going forward - need a couple of meetings. One next week. Will hold the Tuesday meetings at 11 CT for the next couple weeks.
