2) Discuss improvements needed to reporting and communication process

- Feb. 10-11 in Toronto, CN
- Chris Carr to confirm availability of Bill Majurski, Steve Moore, Peter Kuenecke, Cor Loef
3) Discuss any technical changes needed to support changes in management and development model
