Structured Reporting TAVR
  • One area of concern: In result of Observation constraints the snomed procedure code does not have a pre and post suffix. PCI does not have this information :either. It might be outside the scope fo this project to create this data element. One solution maybe to use the time of the measurement, but that does not :provide accurate doucmentation. RCS-C may provide an example of how they could be used in an organizer. They can exist, just not within the same table.
  • Craeting alist of changes to CRC. shiodl that be a separet spreadsheet? If track changes was appleid to the document, that shoiudl be adequaste for the review needs. THe iHE standard bold and uderline for added text, underline and strike for removed text, whichis a manual; process is preferred.
There are outstianding issues fro terminilogy. The committee wil need to develop options for resoltuuion if Snoemdnmnad loinc are an option.
Nmaes of procedures can be genereated by SnoMed. These can be submitted for considertaion. The ACC sshold request this thorugh the NLM. Harry Solomon has :this knowledge. Measuremnts wilbe thorugh LOINC. Mean Aortic valave gradient does not exist, tis can also be requested. This is obationed as a computed value :from a catheter tip.
