- TAVR Complications
- There is no SNOMED term for Baseline Measurement for TAVR and Post-Procedure Measurements. There might not need to be separate sections. Can the result organizer simply state baseline, and filled with a set of measurements? We think the answer is yes. Would preintervention be more accurate than baseline?
- It was discussed to possibly include the Planning Committee. The concern is that the recommendations are based with a small sample size. This could be clarified during the public comment period to ensure that the work does not slow down, and has enough feedback.
- What is trying to be captured from the cath lab report will be considered the baseline for these purposes.
- Organizer is for Procedure Findings for a procedure would conceptually be correct but not how it is used in CRC. TAVR data would be listed as results observations. A listing of procedure types would be listed.
- An extensive discussion of results organizer occurred and comparison and contrasting with CRC took place.
- Two sections of procedure findings, and two organizers, may be required to fully document the data.
