TAVR: There is no SNOMED or LOINC concept for Total Rapid Ventricular Pacing Time this is a unique kind of pacing that is distinct from standard pacing. Charles Thomas will generate a list of other terms that require codes on a spreadsheet.
TVT Registry: None of the complications are defined for TAVR or any other TVT Procedures. e.g. AOrtiv Valva, mitral valve and mitral clip. We need definitions for those items. These codes will eventually be generated from the NCDR. There are two data dictionaries: one for coding, as well as one for the private side available only to subscribers to the Registry.
