Shoudl we skip LAAO and focus on the valve replacements stuf? The benefit of focusing this effort would allow for a draft version to be released sooner.
TAVR: There is no SNOMED or LOINC concept for Total Rapid Ventricular Pacing Time this is a uqinque kind of pacing that is distinct from standard pacing. Charles Thomas wil generate a list of other terms that require codes on a spread sheet.
TVT Registry: None of the complacations are defined for TAVR or any other TVT Procedures. e.g. AOrtiv Valva, mitral valve and mitral clip. We need definitons for those items. These codes will eventaulaly be genereated from the NCDR.
