1	Introductions & Agenda Review - Manny	Status/Discussion: No changes were made to the agenda. Discussion Summary from last meetings were deferred. Decisions/Issues: Action(s):
2	2013 N A Connectathon - Manny	Status/Discussion: Connectathon - Monroe: ICSA Testing at the same time. Should make some tests more rigorous based upon the certification experience. Device ID during pump programming, how piggyback is employed (as second channel or device?). - Rob: Any data in optional fields was problematic in NIST tools: a problem. John Garguilo noted that some of this was due to late profile changes. Rob also noted some setup problems. Monroe suggested that these were due to network DHCP subnet setups and recommended rapid reporting when these problems arise. - Richard: Stability and usability of Gazelle to evaluate messages from both sides. The process is too manual, with copy/paste into the NIST tools. This could be automated. John Garguilo noted that this is very complicated and that Eric Poisseu is looking into this. It is a resource issue. - Richard: Late changes to ACM presented problems, noting that passing/failing NIST tests created difficulty. He noted that next year’s Connectathon is earlier in January. - Richard: Richard asked why were there a number of last minute changes, including a test that didn’t appear until a later time in the Connectathon. John and Manny indicated that this year there were last minute changes, the addition of certification, new companies, etc. - Manny suggested developing a mentoring or resource for new companies to help them in the first year.
