CP Processing/Voting

- - CP001: Add PCC relevant content - no work done yet, not ready for ballot
  - CP007: Clarifications regarding SOP Classes supported in Echo and Cath Evidence Documents for Image Manager/Archives in Card-2. #*** It was decided to follow the approach taken in REWF and add new subsections describing the functionality. It was voted unanimously to release for ballot after Paul does final clean up
  - CP008: Clarifications for STRESS supplement.
    - Further clarifications needed, not ready for ballot yet
  - CP010: HL7 Profiling conventions.
    - It was voted not to send to ballot, since underlying ITI CP 211 is not final yet. Send out for public comment after ITI CP is approved.
  - CP011: Clarification on Actor Grouping in REWF.
    - Unanimously voted to release for ballot
