Minutes from PCC Tech Teleconference 12/5/2008

The purpose of this call was to review the Volume I template, to discuss the various sections to be authored
Our goal is to have the first draft of Volume I for all profiles complete before our Face to Face meeting 01/26/2009 - 01/29/2009

We breifly discussed our Profile Development Process see notes below
- Work is to be completed offline in the word documents, and those documents are to be uploaded to the ftp site to the appropriate folders for the purposes of collaboration.

- All should be careful of uploading documents and overwriting others work. In previous years this has not been an issue as we have done our profile work directly on the wiki which manages this fairly well.
- Reference ITI's ftp folder ftp://ftp.ihe.net/IT_Infrastructure/iheitiyr6-2008-2009/Technical_Cmte/Profile_Work/structure to see how they utilized the ftp site to manage profile work last year.
- Create folders on the ftp site as you need
- FTP Access
  - ftp://ftp.ihe.net username: iheyr2 password: interop
  - You can use windows explorer
  - or a third party program such as Filezilla, which is a free open source utility: http://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=client
