1. Connectathon requirements document
- Action Item: Cor Loef is working on draft document and will submit for review on 2008-09-08 tcon
2. Committee charter
- Reviewed revised section on [Membership policies] provided by Chris Carr
- Sponsors and contributors both represented on committee
- Annual review of contributions to determine renewal of committee membership: TMG reports to Board, which votes on continued representation
- Review of [David Monteau's sections of charter document]
- Action Item: Chris Carr will work with David Monteau to combine drafts for committee review on 2008-09-08 tcon
3. Plan for Managing Contributions
- Steve Moore has submitted a draft document for review by committee
- Action Item: Committee to review and comment on draft document for 2008-09-08 tcon
4. Membership package
- When charter document and contribution management plan are approved, assemble with contributors agreements and develop cover letter with instructions to send to potential committee participants
5. [Gazelle]/[product registry] update
- Registry version is unchanged from previous call; Eric and Jean-Renan will revisit in early September after current work on Gazelle registration module is completed
- Action Item: Eric will notify committee when current version of Registry is ready for review and feedback
6. Connectathon Updates
- IHE Australia: Klaus Veil sent brief recap via email, which Chris Carr forwarded to committee list
