Purpose of call is to complete another review of MADO and prepare for public comment

Line-by-line review of MADO mostly completed, except for Appendix B

Motion to approve MADO supplement to be published for Public Comment pending edits by Charles as discussed.

Motion made by Wim Corbijn. Seconded by Charles Parisot. Approved unanimously.
Special note by Kevin O'Donnell and Steve Nichols: "We have abbreviated the review process, specifically on Appendix B, to meet the aggressive timeline set by the European project."
