We believe there may be an issue with the ordering of Physical Activity (38223-4). The scale from 1-4 is (in order): Bed-ridden (1), Confined to chair (2), Frequent (3), and Occasional (4). If the scale moves from lesser ability to greater ability, should items 3 and 4 be reversed?
