• Content seems to be rather complete. Some inconsistency, needs final check.
• Only open issue: Chapter 3.6, Intellectual Property on the Syllabus and Exam Questions

• For completing the process document, the following enties need to be included:

  • Sauermann / Urbauer were in contact with Werner Henschelchen (GASQ) about this
  • GASQ is exam provider, and has experience in licensing
  • Werner suggested to develop a specific license agreement, and refer to this in the schema document
  • unfortunately Werner is not attending today
• ToDo: Henschelchen to provide a draft license agreement for the exam questions. Sauermann / Urbauer to follow up with him

Future onsite exams

• A template for a flyer is now available.
  • The attendants agree that the flyer is ready to be used.
  • ToDo: Contact local organisers to organise and promote onsite exams.
  • ToDo: Sauermann/ Urbauer to get write access to the IHE Education Committee Google drive, so that we can share the flyed and other documents.

• IHE Europe Connectathon Rennes, September 2023
  • Werner Henschelchen is in contact with organisers.
  • ToDo: Sauermann / Urbauer will follow up with Werner Henschelchen on IHE CPP exam at CAT Rennes 2023

• IHE Days
  • Austria: ToDo Sauermann and Urbauer will contact IHE Austria
  • Czech republic: ToDo Jan Muzik to contact IHE Czech Republic, and the Ministry of Health on IHE CPP exam at klasifikon conference
    • They run a conference on classification systems in healthcare. This seems the most likely opportunity.

  • IHE Deployment Committee: ToDo Sauermann / Urbauer to contact Jamie Dulkovski, to aproach (maybe get a slot in) the IHE Deployment Committee to get additional contacts to aorganisers of local events worldwide, so that we provide additional on site exams.

Marketing activities

• Goal: Developing a marketing plan within the next few months
  • progress was made on the on site exams, by FHTW with GASQ - this is one firs important step.
  • this is the most important message for the moment - we must disseminate this as widely as possible
  • IHE Catalyst is interested to include IHE-CPP in Connectathons (EU, US, ...)
    • ToDo: Sauermann / Urbauer to contact Alexander Berler on additional communication channels
